However, the challenge has got to do with when making calls. The volume is too low and it is also difficult to communicate if not shouting.

But i am okay with your institution because you are honest. I realised your device was faulty and contacted you about it. You promised to change it ans just the following day or 2 after complaint, you indeed came to replace it at no cost.

Very strong battery and the base is wow

I’m grateful for the opportunity to provide my feedback. This feedback consists of both positive and negative aspects.

I ordered two pairs of Afro shot earbuds. Upon receiving them, I found that one earbud worked perfectly, as described in the manual. However, the other earbud, after charging for several hours, displayed a blinking white light instead of the expected red light, and it never stopped blinking to indicate whether it was fully charged or not.

I reached out to the delivery team in Techiman to obtain a link for lodging a complaint, but I did not receive any assistance. Therefore, I kindly ask for your help in lodging a complaint so that I can return the defective earbud for repair or replacement.
