1. Poor delivery service by the delivery company.
2. Disappointed with the radio settings, every time you switch it on, you will have to rescan for radio stations.
3. Paired devices must be deleted and reconnected each time it's switched on.
4. Good sound, good battery life and handy.

Fantastic sound with heavy bass.
The only concern I have on it is how it vibrate when placed on a plain surface.
